Banana Split Pop

Buying non-whipped whipping cream can help prolong the activity and to learn an extra step.
Don't have popsicle sticks? Use a chopstick!
1 Medium bowl (2 if you are going to whisk your own whipped cream)
2 Small bowl
1 cup Melted chocolate
1 table spoon of coconut oil
Maraschino cherries / any other fruit
Line parchment paper on plate/oven tray
Peel bananas, cut a bit off one end.
Add popsicle stick gently into bananas through the cut off end, leaving 2 inches out
Put them on top of the parchment plate/oven tray, and put into freezer fro 2 to 2.5 hrs
In a medium bowl, whisk together melted chocolate and coconut oil until smooth.
Pour sprinkles into a small bowl.
Dip the top of each frozen banana in chocolate, then roll the melted chocolate tip around in sprinkles.
Return to baking sheet and freeze until the chocolate is firm, about 15 minutes.
Top each pop with whipped cream and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
